The Avanti retreat is an incredibly unique experience where you discover new cultures and environments and learn about yourself while meeting new people. The workshops are explorative and provide an enlightening and safe space to talk and share with others. The coaches were brilliant and insightful, offering group discussions, private follow up sessions and art therapy that will take you on an eye opening journey. Would highly recommend this experience. Doing all of this while in Italy was a stand out moment and something to be take with you for a lifetime.
